We will supply you with a widget and instructions.  If you design your own, you need to make sure to say “standard text messaging rates apply” and include the MobiReply/MarkUmobile terms and conditions.  This reminds clients that text messages can cost them money and the terms outline the usage of the service.  We recommend you use the widget we have, if you need a custom design we may be able to accommodate, just contact us.
