Much like registering a domain name, popular keywords may already be taken by other users.  Be creative and we’re sure you can come up with something that is suitable.  Remember, keywords are really only used when people actually text from their phone. So this is only important if you plan to “announce” your keyword.  If you are only using the web widget, you need not concern yourself with the keyword and can use a generic one to accomplish your goals.
